A-1 Realty Management, Inc. was created in 2003 and is owned and operated by brothers Paul and Peter Alizio. The firm has experience with the management of all types of real property, with a particular focus on middle and low income multi-family housing.

The company’s portfolio includes but is not limited to rent-stabilized apartments, Mitchell-Lama apartments, apartments with tenant-based vouchers with The New York City Housing Authority or New York City Housing Preservation Development acting as the administrators of the voucher program. We also own and manage apartments with project-based subsidy through a Housing Assistance Contract with the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). Our most notable accomplishment was the 2006 acquisition of a 462 unit project with multiple tranches of financing and overlapping subsidy programs. That project was named the “Downstate Deal of the Year” by NYSAFAH in 2007.
